As of today, the hotel has availability for individuals who want to arrive early at their own expense. Please note your preferred check-in date below and we will confirm if availability still exists when your hotel reservation is confirmed.
**Tuesday Arrivals: Please note that there are a limited number of rooms available for Tuesday, June 18th. Priority will be given to attendees who must arrive on Tuesday, due to flight schedules, in order to attend the Wednesday conference events; those attendees will have their hotel room expense for that night covered by Healthpeak. Please express your need below and you will be notified of approval or not.

Confirmation Emails
Once all rooms have been secured, you will receive a hotel confirmation email from tara@eesagency.com. These will be sent by the end of the first week of June.
We collected dietary restrictions and allergies during the registration process, and they have been shared with the hotel.
Buffets will be prepared to accommodate most needs and will be labeled accordingly. Please contact Tara Moore if you need more specific arrangements to be coordinated.
There are no registration fees for the conference. Please see below for details on lodging, airfare, and incidental reimbursement details.
The nights of June 19-21, 2024 (and June 18 for those approved) will be covered by Healthpeak. Room and tax will be charged to the hotel Master Account; however, a credit card will be required upon arrival for incidental charges, which will not be reimbursed.
Airfare, ground transportation (home-airport RT, airport-hotel RT), mileage reimbursement (home-airport RT), along with any other reasonable expenses (e.g. meals) in conformance with Healthpeak policy (for Healthpeak employees) or as reasonably ap, will be reimbursed by submitting an expense report.
Healthpeak employees should complete expense reports through Concur, using project code “*Lab PM Conference” for each expense line item. Please submit an expense report for your airfare, if applicable, once your flight has been booked.
Non-Healthpeak employees should submit expense reports through their employer as customary; the company should submit the total cost to Healthpeak, with associated back-up, like any other reimbursable costs. Please wait until completing your travel and collecting all receipts to submit your reimbursement request.
All reimbursement requests should be submitted to healthpeaklabconf@healthpeak.com by Wednesday, June 26th.

The conference will primarily take place indoors, and meeting rooms can be a little cool, so consider bringing a sweater or light jacket.

Shoes suitable for walking approximately 0.5 miles/10 minutes are encouraged.
• Wednesday morning/afternoon There will be some optional tours and activities during the day that require walking, so please pack layered clothing and appropriate shoes if you plan to participate. Recommended attire: casual and athleisure is appropriate for our afternoon at the brewery/pickleball.
• Wednesday evening: The conference will officially begin with a Welcome Reception on a terrace at the hotel. Recommended attire: smart casual to business casual.
• Thursday day: Recommended attire: smart casual to business casual.
• Keep in mind that meeting rooms can be chilly.
• Thursday evening: Our offsite dinner will be held at Legal Sea Foods Harborside; please be prepared to walk to this dinner venue, which is about 0.3 miles or approximately 8 minutes from the hotel. Once again, please pack appropriate shoes for this walk. Recommended attire: smart casual to business casual.
• Friday morning: Attendees will be going on a bus tour and eating breakfast and lunch at Healthpeak properties in Lexington and Cambridge. Recommended attire: casual to smart casual.
